The cost of shipping is included in your price allowing all customers to apply for free shipping. 

How can I manage my subscription, cancel my subscription, update my payment plan?

You may update payment details, skip your next monthly order, or cancel anytime in your customer portal account. You will receive an email link to your customer portal upon purchasing your subscription box. 

Can I apply discounts of gift cards to my candle of the month subscription fee? 

All discounts, gift cards, or sales do not apply towards your candle of the month subscription fee.
