HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

All orders qualify for free shipping. This applies to those who are in the continental US as we do not ship internationally.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPING FROM?

We are now shipping from one location! Your order may ship in separate packages depending on the size of your order. All orders ship from our IN location.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 3-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on the size of your order. If you receive only part of your order, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for the remainder of your order to ship. WHAT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE DOMESTIC US 

If you are a customer outside of the domestic US, Scent Hippie, LLC does not provide services for your location at this time. We only ship domestic orders within the continental US. Since we do not sell outside of the domestic US we are not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or custom clearance fees for orders shipped outside the continental U.S.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?

Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper. If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate, please contact your family members and neighbors first as they often end up in familiar hands. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your shipping provider. Additionally, if they are unable to recover your package, please reach out to Customer Service for a replacement.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Returns & Exchanges:

All sales are final, due to the nature of Scent Hippie LLC offerings. No exceptions. If you should need to report a broken or damaged item please email scenthippie@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your initial shipment & with photographs of your order or product. Broken or damaged items will not be replaced without proof of photo.

Scent Hippie LLC  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect your package has been lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address you will need to contact your local post office to retrieve or locate.
